Shipping policy

Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 2 working days.

Made-to-order items are dispatched within 40 days.

Each piece of jewellery we make is uniquely created for our customers. This means that for each order, the item goes through manufacturing, hallmarking and certification before it can be dispatched from our factory. 

Packaging, Shipping Partners and Insurance

Our goods are securely packed and shipped via specialist jewellery courier services. Your items are insured during transit and will be delivered within 3 days after dispatch.

Charges

Shipping is free for all orders. 

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with tracking details. 

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside India. But as we grow, it should be available very soon.
